Kristina was born in Frederick, Maryland and raised in Cary, NC. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion from Campbell University and a Master of Divinity degree from Duke Divinity School. Kristina married her husband Jim in the fall of 1995. They have two sons: Tyler and Timothy.

In April of 1998, Kristina was ordained into Christian ministry by Hayes Barton Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC. In 2005, Kristina became a certified candidate for ministry in the United Methodist Church. This past June at annual conference, Kristina got commissioned as a Probationary Deacon and appointed to serve at Benson Memorial.

Kristina brings a wealth of experience to Benson in Children, Youth, and Education Ministry. We welcome Kristina and her family to Benson Memorial.
