ANNOUNCEMENTS—June 28, 2009
LAY LEADER WITNESS – Periodically Lay witnesses
from our congregation share during the morning worship service, a part of their
lives when God answered their prayers. God's answer to prayers lets us know how
much He loves us. Lay witness persons give a faith message that shows how God
is working in their lives. God wants us to be a part of His Kingdom and He does
not hold back his love. Are you willing
to share your faith story with us?

NURSERY
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
- Nursery volunteers are needed during the 11:00 a.m. worship service for July
and August. Volunteers, please send an email to bmumc.kids@gmail.com with dates you
will be available. Our nursery contractors recently received training,
and we think you will enjoy the new experience. If a volunteer arrives and
is not needed due to a small number of children, the volunteer may go back to
the service with a pager and simply be paged if an extra set of hands is
needed.
BENSON BOOK GROUP – The Benson Book Group will meet Monday, July 13,
2009, 7:00 p.m. Please join us in
reading and discussing The Same Kind of Different as Me, by Ron Hall and

however there is a wait list. It can
also be purchased through the local bookstores. For more information, please contact Carol Gosselin 881-0504 or j_c_gosselin@bellsouth.net.
